In-kind Gifts

An in-kind — or non-cash — gift may take the form of a tangible item, such as furniture or clothing, or a donated service, such as a free class or gift certificate. In-kind gifts are accepted based on the current and immediate needs of our clients and the fundraising activities we have scheduled. Please explore our current needs below:

Gifts in support of our events: Catholic Charities is currently accepting in-kind gifts from area businesses. If you would like to donate items or services, please contact John Westervelt at (973) 596-3984 or at jwestervelt@ccannj.org.

Gifts of furniture, clothing, or household items: Catholic Charities is currently accepting in-kind gifts of needed items, in new or good condition only. These include the following:

  • Household furniture
  • Linens
  • Towels
  • Toiletries

Help us reduce the time and costs involved in the in-kind process by contacting us in advance of your donation. Please contact us at (973) 596-3984 detailing the item(s) you wish to donate. We have very limited space available for in-kind gift storage, and want to make sure we can put your donation to immediate and effective use.
